The EPC project scope of work including design,procurement,construction and commissioning,basically covering the whole process of project implementation.The Design Institute in this mode of operation,to strengthen the rights of contract,work scope is expanded,so the total contract value and profit than the simple design can be greatly improved,but the face of the risk is increasing,largely assumed the owner's risk.Therefore,how to effectively become one of the key problems of project management in risk control of the whole process of project design.Hydropower Survey and design enterprises involved in the engineering contracting business is relatively much later,the industry does not have EPC project management experience in the real sense,the risk management in the stage of exploration,so the study of how to recognize and respond to EPC hydropower project in the implementation of various risk factors on Hydropower Survey and design enterprises to improve their competitiveness in the contracting market there is great significance.This paper first introduces the current status of hydropower EPC general contracting,combing the relevant theory of risk management,and risk management identification,evaluation,response and monitoring of the whole process of the methods and implementation steps.Then,the characteristics of the risk construction of hydropower EPC project are briefly summarized,and the characteristics and implementation steps of hydropower EPC risk management are summarizedFurthermore,in the perspective of general contracting of EPC hydropower project in the implementation process of the risk sources are discussed,and summarized the policy,economy,technology,contract,force majeure and management of the six categories of risk classification,and identified 3 levels of risk,a total of 26 risk factors.The formation of the hydropower project risk list of EPC,and then uses AHP to the weight evaluation of three secondary risk,risk index system,and then establishes a grey evaluation model of EPC hydropower by using fuzzy evaluation method to determine the importance of the evaluation indicators of risk and the risk level of the whole project.Finally,establish hydropower grey evaluation model based on EPC,combined with the construction of a nuclear power station auxiliary reservoir and net reservoir project were analyzed,and the risk score was given different measures,the importance of risk assessment and response measures to provide certain reference value after EP hydropower project contractor.
