Research On Cost Management Optimization Scheme Of S Project Based On BIM Technology

Construction cost is an important part of construction enterprise management.Good implementation of construction cost control can help enterprises realize maximum benefit and improve market competitiveness.However,the cost management of construction enterprises under the traditional mode shows certain limitations in the face of complex construction,which leads to the problems of collaborative construction,communication,unreasonable construction configuration,huge waste of materials and so on,which makes the cost difficult to achieve the expected control objectives.This paper chooses the technology of Building Information Modeling(BIM)which is currently active in the construction industry.By studying the characteristics of BIM core technology and BIM model software,this paper explores the combination of BIM technology and project cost management,with a view to realizing the optimization of cost model based on BIM technology by establishing cost model.The main research work completed in this paper is as follows:1.Introduce the concept of BIM,elaborate the development of BIM at this stage and the research situation at home and abroad,and introduce the characteristics of BIM,as well as the role of BIM in the whole process of construction project after the introduction of BIM.2.This paper expounds the cost management problems existing in the construction phase of S project,and analyses the causes of the problems,introduces BIM technology,and introduces the specific application of BIM in the construction phase.Finally,through the traditional cost management and the cost management after the introduction of BIM,it obtains the changes brought to the cost management after the application of BIM project.3.Establish the cost management model of S project based on dual-code network technology.According to the analysis results of influencing factors,the scheme of cost management model and the optimization process of component cost management model based on BIM.4.Combining with the traditional theory of cost management,based on the optimization of cost management model by BIM technology,the S project is analyzed,and the effect of optimization of cost management scheme and its impact on the cost control of S project are described in detail.
