With the rapid development of the city,the demand for electricity in all walks of life in society has become higher and higher.At the same time,the demand of power consumers on the quality of power supply,especially the reliability of power supply is also increasing.At present,Shantou`s distribution network faces many difficulties.For example,some distribution network grids are weak and can not be reconstructed due to local restrictions.The distribution network in Shantou is frequently struck by lightning.At the same time,urban traffic conditions are poor,which makes the fault eliminating time longer.Meanwhile,the distribution of electricity load is uneven.It takes a long time to eliminate the accident in distribution network and to plan outage operation,which seriously affects the reliability of the power supply.The distribution feederautomation equipment can achieve automatic isolation of the faults,and it also can detect remote signals of the distribution network,completing the remote control function.The equipment can solve the problem in power supply reliability caused by faults and long manual operation time,which will become an important direction for the development of the distribution network.This dissertation expounds the principle and logic of the centralized,local and distributed modes of distribution feeder automation,analyzing and concluding the communication methods applicable to complete the automation of Shantou`s distribution network.According to the distribution network structure of Shantou Power Supply Bureau and the current configuration of automation equipment,the problem of feeder automation on improving power supply reliability is studied and analyzed.Furthermore,it sums up and formulates technical plans and master plan corresponding to the automation development of Shantou`surban and rural distribution network.In this dissertation,aiming at the typical distributed urban areas and rural areas in Shantou,the intelligent distributed feeder automation and the effect of local feeder automation are analyzed.Finally,through the promotion of feeder automation in typical area of Longhu Xindong District and Chenghai Sulong area,the applicable conditions of intelligent distributed,centralized control and voltage-current local feeder automation are analyzed,and the problem in feeder automation transformation is found,the solutions are proposed as well.A plan to comprehensively improve the intelligent level of Shantou's distribution network is proposed to improve the reliability of power supply in Shantou`s urban and rural distribution network.Thestudy of this dissertation can provide guidance of the development direction of distribution network framework and feeder automation in Shantou,improving the reliability of distribution network,and improving the efficiency of enterprises.
