Rural power grid is an important part of China's power grid,which covers a wide area,a large number of service personnel,occupy a large proportion.Distribution automation,as an important process of smart grid development,is the key to realize smart grid and strong grid.However,at present,there is an unbalanced development of power transmission,distribution and utilization in China's power grid.As a result,the topological structure of China's distribution network is single,the distribution network layout is chaotic,and the distribution equipment is backward.When the fault occurs in the power grid,the fault information cannot be obtained remotely,so the inspection and troubleshooting can only be carried out by means of manual patrol inspection.To solve this problem,this paper takes the rural power grid in lushun as the research object and proposes the construction of the distributed feeder automation system.Completed the overall structure design of feeder automation system,communication system construction and intelligent transformer terminal design.Firstly,the thesis introduces the background of topic selection.It analyzes the problems existing in the current development of rural power network feeder automation system and studies the solutions based on it.It discusses the theory and technology of distributed feeder automation system construction.It studies the overall structure of feeder automation system and the communication modes of different feeder automation modes.It analyzes the working modes and applicable scenarios of different feeder automation systems.Based on the analysis of the current situation of lvshun rural power network,the paper puts forward the construction and transformation scheme of 10 kV feeder automation main station in lvshun rural power network.It adopts the two-layer structure of "distribution main station + distribution terminal" for the overall construction scheme of feeder automation,and gives the transformation scheme of distribution line automation and distribution terminal construction.It completes the construction scheme of communication system in the feeder automation system of lvshun rural network.Under the framework of distribution automation system,combined with the communication requirements of feeder automation in rural power network,it discusses the overall structure of the communication system and the networking scheme.It analyzes the security protection scheme design of communication link and adopts "APN+VPN" for security isolation,access control,authentication and encryption.It analyzes the overall structure design of the communication unit system,and then analyzes the implementation scheme of the optical fiber switching communication network in detail.At last,the design of intelligent distribution terminal of rural power network is discussed.Based on the analysis of the requirements and basic functions of the distribution transformer terminal,the overall design of the terminal is carried out and the overall structure diagram of the system is drawn.It selects the arm-based cortex-m7 kernel's STM32F746 BE processor as the core controller.It USES WIMAX wireless communication to realize private network communication.According to the communication modes of different devices in the power grid,this intelligent transformer terminal supports different communication modes such as rs-232,rs-485,Ethernet,CAN,ZigBee and power line carriers.It can realize the acquisition of analog information and switch information,and can output relay protection action according to the actual detection results.The design of each part of the specific circuit,detailed analysis of the device and module selection and use.Finally,the function test of the system is carried out,and the test shows that the function of the transformer terminal is realized,and the work is stable and reliable.
