Compared with the past rapid growth of China’s construction industry,the market downturn is inevitable.From the era of incremental competition to the era of stock competition,central enterprises,local state-owned enterprises and private enterprises are gradually showing a trend of differentiation in the industry competition.The phenomenon of “the strong are always strong and the winners take all” is more and more obvious.The supply cost of upstream construction materials is rising rapidly,and the supply of labor and industrial workers is insufficient,Core talents are scarce.The past market,policy environment and business management mode are no longer suitable for the new environment and situation.Enterprises need to use new platforms and opportunities to change their business model and management direction.This paper first studies the external competitive environment,and combined with the development status of the industry and market,studies the first-hand data of J group company’s business situation;then uses the company’s business data in recent years to compare with the industry benchmark enterprises,and makes reference to the benchmarking enterprise management mode;finally,through understanding and analyzing the actual business management situation of J group company Find out the problems and reasons in the operation and management of J group company.At present,there are three major aspects to be improved in the operation and management mode of J group: the first is the operation mode,the second is the profit mode,and the third is the management mode.The main reasons are that business development depends on joint operation,profit planning is unreasonable,and management level and ability are insufficient.In view of the above problems,J group can build three barriers to compete for market dominance,increase market share,change the industry competition pattern by establishing diversified business model,improve profit margin by improving profit model,improve efficiency and reduce operating costs by strengthening internal control management of the group,and support J group to undertake larger projects by relying on the high profit return generated by “price rising” Finally,the social value of the enterprise can be realized.It is hoped that through the analysis and Research on the operation and management mode of J group company,the common problems in the current construction enterprise management can be solved,and the operation status of the enterprise can be improved.I believe this study will provide substantial help for the development of J group,solve the problems existing in the operation and management process of J group,and provide case reference for other enterprises in the industry. |
