| Power plays an important role in the development of modern society.As an important infrastructure to protect people’s livelihood and improve people’s sense of access,distribution network construction occupies an important position in the construction of social infrastructure.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the national power industry,the state has formulated a series of power development plans to promote the vigorous development of China’s distribution network.In order to implement the national distribution network transformation plan,local power grid companies have implemented a series of distribution network construction projects to actively promote the upgrading of local distribution network.However,in the construction process of distribution network in most local power grid enterprises,the phenomena of nonstandard construction project management and project schedule overdue occur frequently.In the process of distribution network construction,how to effectively manage the schedule of project seems very important.This paper analyzes the progress control problems of distribution network construction from the following aspects:Starting from the concept of distribution network construction project,this paper introduces the basic concept of distribution network construction project.Unlike traditional construction projects,distribution network construction projects generally include civil engineering projects,line engineering projects and cable engineering projects.This also determines that the distribution network construction has the characteristics of uncontrolled cycle and complex construction quantity.By describing the general situation of the 10 kV distribution network project in D District,the key anddifficult problems in the construction process of the project are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the current project schedule management and control theory,this paper decomposes the 10 kV distribution network construction project in D District of C City,and estimates the time required for the work combined with expert experience.The project network diagram is compiled and the critical path of the project is determined by judging the logical relationship of each work.According to the requirement of project time limit,the project time limit is reduced by optimizing the allocation of project resources,and the optimum allocation of project resources is realized,which effectively guarantees the smooth development of the project.In order to ensure the smooth completion of the project,the risk factors affecting the progress of the project are analyzed,and the key dangerous points in the construction process are identified,and the corresponding management measures are formulated to ensure that the project is carried out according to the principle of "safety first,prevention first".In order to ensure the quality and reliability on the basis of controllable schedule,the quality management objective of the project is analyzed.Combining with the actual situation of D district distribution project of C Power Supply Bureau,a quality control scheme is formulated to effectively control the quality of the project and promote the completion of the project with high quality.This paper analyzes the 10 kV distribution network project in D District of C City from various angles,and puts forward the principles and methods of project schedule management and control,as well as the methods of project risk management and quality control in the construction process to ensure the smooth development of the project,and provides a reference for the standardized management of similar projects. |
