Nowadays, with the construction industry competition, general contracting mode has become a business development trend of construction enterprises, and it should be pointed out that general contracting enterprises tend to attach importance to engineering construction and engineering design, those will lead to design changes, resource waste and even redundant construction. Therefore, the elaborating management under the mode of general contracting of construction enterprises, the application of design management is imminent. Delicacy management theory is a mature project management theory, but in the previous literature research, it rarely applied to the design management. This thesis try to make the delicacy management used in the design and management of the general contractor, it has the certain application value and practical significance.In this thesis, with the construction enterprise project general contracting mode design management, in-depth investigation of the current situation of collecting data, aiming at the design of the traditional enterprise design management problems are analyzed, based on these, advances the elaborating management applied in the construction enterprise project general contracting mode of design management, and puts forward the concrete method. This thesis gets the following main conclusions:1. This thesis define the concept of delicacy management, and summarize the principle of delicacy management and key points, the general contracting mode are introduced, at the same time, this thesis introduces the general contracting mode of the concept and content of project management, on the basis of the general project design management and elaborating the similarities and differences between project design management, puts forward the general project management of construction enterprises in general contracting mode following excessive the inevitability of project management.2. This thesis analysis of the Construction enterprises under the traditional model of design management present situation, problems and causes, then expounds how to carry on the delicacy management in construction enterprises, the establishment of a construction enterprise the elaborating management process design, and introduce the elaborating design management method of BIM technology.3. According to the Hualan Company’s project of a university in Guangxi complex building project of fine design of empirical research to explore the elaborating management in construction enterprises the effectiveness of the design management in the application.
