Research On Safety Risk Management Of GFHD-1 Large Diameter Shield Tunnel Project

In the process of project management,the management of safety risk is particularly important.The level of safety risk management in project management is of great significance to the achievement of the whole project goal.Enterprises and projects need to achieve the project objectives through scientific and effective project safety risk management.However,in many project safety risk management process,due to many reasons,the project safety risk management risk is widespread.There is neither good warning nor corresponding prevention and control as well as emergency plan.Therefore,the risk of project safety risk management should be one of the most important components of project management.After all,"safety first" can not only stay in oral and written,but must be implemented.This paper takes GFHD-1 project as the research carrier,major construction difficulties of the security risk of the project through the key research.And then based on the current situation of the project safety risk identification,this paper mainly adopts the access to information,experience,and similar engineering experts investigated three kinds of methods,combined with the use of three methods,analysis of the project safety risk of three types,namely engineering risk,engineering risk and geological risk surrounding environment.Further analysis identified 5 risk factors: shield launching and arrival,construction of shield on important buildings,shield on three incense and the Pearl River waterway main airlines,long distance shield tunneling under hard rock strata and long distance shield wearing hard soft stratum.Finally,according to the different grades of the project safety risk grade,the corresponding prevention,pre control and emergency response measures are taken.This article has carried on the thorough discussion and the research to the project security risk appraisal,the research result has the certain value.First,this paper uses the multiple assessment methods of project safety risk identification and assessment,qualitative and quantitative evaluation process,improve the accuracy and scientific assessment of the project safety risk management.Secondly,based on the GFHD-1 project as the research object,the risk of security management of the project identification and evaluation,the results of a study on the guiding effect on work safety risk management of the project,on the other hand,as for other similar project safety risk identification,assessment and put forward the preventive measures for reference.
