ABSTRACT:In recent years,with the prominent of the energy crisis and environmental issues,development of electric vehicles is the common trend of national automotive industry. Governments increase the consumer’s policy incentives,at the same time,they are also increasing efforts in building charging facilities and technological innovation. In china, with the formation of the charging network, charging equipment evaluation is becoming increasingly apparent. Against this background,it has great significance for a comprehensive evaluation index system of electric vehicle charging equipment in this paper.Firstly, the author indentify the issues of the study, and technical principles and technical characteristics of charging equipments, then according to the method of charging technology to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the charging equipments and to identify the key factors.Secondly,the author establish the principle of charging equipment according to the national and industry standards.Respectively,selected from the Technology,economic,environment and safety aspects of charging equipments evaluation,identify the method and target range.Thirdly,according to the results of the index analysis,the author described the procedure and the methods of the uncertain analytic hierarchy process and the non-dimensionalization.Finally, Building the charging comprehensive evaluation model and instance validation,using uncertain uncertain analytic hierarchy process to derive indicators weight with interval number judgment matrix.To transformed charging test data into the evaluation value using the non-dimensionalization function.To deal with expert advice using set-valued,obtained the results of the comprehensive evaluation.
