Research On The Synergetic Mechanism Of Talent Cultivation In Elite Higher Engineering

With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution,countries are at a critical stage in the transformation of industrial production methods and the reform of higher engineering education.It is the goal and mission of today's higher engineering education to cultivate engineering elites who can solve complex engineering problems and lead the future industrial development.The cultivation of elite higher engineering talents is an important proposition of higher engineering education.Although the positioning of elite higher engineering talents is based on different standards,there will be different interpretations in different situations.The research-level university engineering graduate education level belongs to elite higher engineering education,which is a general consensus.For the universality and pertinence of research,this paper mainly focuses on the research of elite higher engineering talents.The characteristics of higher engineering education and the training and positioning of elite higher engineering talents all determine that the deep coordination mechanism is an important path to deepen the cultivation of elite engineering talents.Germany and France are traditional engineering education powers and have significant experience in co-cultivating elite high-level engineering talents.This paper comprehensively compares the research and case study methods,and takes the synergy mechanism of elite higher engineering talents as the specific research object,combines the synergy mechanism with the particularity of elite higher engineering education,and puts forward the concrete composition of the synergy mechanism in the elite high engineering talent training to build a research framework.Based on this,analyzes the synergy mechanism of German and French elite engineering talents,refines their respective characteristics and influencing factors,compares the similarities and differences between the two countries and analyzes the causes of the differences.In summary,the paper proposes a path and guarantee system for deepening the synergy mechanism for the cultivation of elite engineering talents in China.The synergy mechanism for the training of elite engineering talents includes cooperation dynamic mechanism,information communication mechanism,interest coordination mechanism and synergy guarantee mechanism.Germany is good at developing inter-college synergy elite engineering talent training methods.Under the government's policy guidance,it builds a ‘network-based' information communication platform,establishes internal and external dual interest coordination mechanisms,and constructs a complete organizational structure and institutional system.The Engineer professional University of French implements the school-enterprise deep collaborative,the national needs and government leadership are the key drivers.The governments of European and French actively create information communication platforms,and the school and enterprises sign the ‘cooperation agreement'as a collaborative institutional framework.Under the leadership of the government,the synergy mechanism for the training of elite engineering talents in the two countries is the product of the development of science and technology and the collusion of colleges and universities;Use the Internet carrier to build a real-time accessible communication platform;establish a collaborative organizational structure and institutional framework to provide synergy.However,there are slight differences in the classification of synergistic subjects,the degree of inter-subject adhesion,and the mechanism of benefit distribution.The research university with strong engineering science in China should actively establish the concept of elite education,internalize the concept of elite engineering education into the various sub-mechanisms of the synergy mechanism;break the organizational barriers within the university and promote the extensive and in-depth internal multi-agent collaboration At the same time,promote the company to involve deeply in the collaborative process;establishing a regional resource information sharing platform to optimize the information communication mechanism between the entities;signing a‘synergy agreement' to improve the benefit distribution mechanism.
