Electric power industry is the basic and strategic support industry of social and economic development,and it's an important basis for realizing economic modernization and improving people's living standards.Under the background of decreasing energy supply and increasing pressure of environment protection,cogeneration project attracts wide attention of power enterprises because of its good economic benefits,excellent energy saving and emission reduction effect in power supply and heating.In order to achieve the goal of scientific management and provide sufficient information and basis for project decision-making,pre-project research is imperative,and project location is the most important part of pre-project research.It will directly determine the investment,income and operation of the project,and it is of great importance to the success of the project.A Power Co.,Ltd.Cogeneration project location and matching supporting heat network optimization problem is taken as the research point in this paper and literature analysis,investigation,centroid method and other scientific methods,combined with the project management theory is taken for its location problem analysis and discussion.The first part mainly introduces the research status of project management at home and abroad to provide theoretical basis for the follow-up analysis of the problem;The second part is based on the characteristics of the power industry and cogeneration projects,analysis the main problems existing in the cogeneration projects of A company;The third part uses the centroid method to find the optimal location of A cogeneration project,and according to the actual situation around the optimal point coordinates to recommend the location sequence of nearby blocks;The fourth part uses the ring breaking method to calculate the minimum support tree to solving the minimum investment problem of matching heating network projects;The fifth part summarizes and divides the whole paper and put forward the prospect.Based on the theory of project management and the method of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the site selection of the cogeneration project and matching heat network optimization in A company by consulting a large number of documents and conducting field investigation,and puts forward the solutions.The purpose of this paper is to explore and solve the site selection and matching supporting heat network optimization problems existing in the A cogeneration project,so as to reduce the investment risk of enterprises,seize the first opportunity in the market competition,and win the advantage,at the same time,it is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for other enterprises in the power industry.
