In recent years, the marketing standardization of power supply companies has been developing flourishingly and achieved fairly good results. However, there is a blank in the study of performance evaluation of marketing standardization management of power supply companies which leads to a series of problems such as that managers couldn’t find the weak links existing in the marketing standardization. So it is necessary and important to carry out performance evaluation of marketing standardization management of power supply companies. Developing the performance evaluation of marketing standardization management of power supply companies based on the actual work can help to establish a universally applicable evaluation index system and evaluation model,and then we can find and improve the deficiencies exposed in the results of evaluation,optimizing the management of marketing standardization. Moreover, through this we can control the marketing standardization of power supply companies, urging companies to improve their service quality of marketing standardization and maximizing their benefit.First,in this paper, a set of evaluation index system is established from two aspects of direct and indirect effect by studying the characteristics of marketing standardization of power supply companies and connecting it with the actual marketing standardization.The direct effect covers two aspects of improvement of operational efficiency of marketing standardization and improvement of service quality of marketing standardization. The indirect effect involves two aspects of financial performance of marketing standardization and growth index of companies. Secondly, on the basis of these, a method connecting the analytic hierarchy processing with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is chosen. The method of analytic hierarchy processing is used to determine the weighs of all indicators; then for quantitative indicators, a membership function is established to determine the single factor evaluation matrix based on the principle of comparing before and after. In the view of the qualitative indicators, this paper combines expert evaluation with the fuzzy statistical method to determine the single factor evaluation matrix. On this basis, the effect of the four one-class indexes as well as the overall effect is obtained. Thirdly, we verify the rationality, feasibility, and scientific nature of the index system and evaluation model with BD power supply company. Finally,this paper points out the developing direction of marketing standardization of power supply companies and discusses its future.
