| With the rapid development of the social economy,the road overrun and overload behavior has gradually become the focus of the industry order and the people’s livelihood.The harm caused by over-limit overload transportation of roads is multi-faceted,which not only affects the service life of transportation facilities,but also endangers the lives and property of the people.It also affects the stability of the transportation market and brings about the economic development of China.Certain obstacles.The effective punishment of over-limit overload and the method of curbing the occurrence of over-limit overload are one of the key points of the over-limit overloading work of the government departments.However,it is still necessary to combine the actual operation mechanism to systematically sort out and form a standard specification for reference.This paper takes this as a starting point,studies the treatment and prevention of over-limit overload problem,and discusses the rationalization countermeasures and suggestions for the over-limit overload problem of the transportation industry in combination with the current situation of over-limit overload control in Xinjiang Yili Expressway.In this paper,the specific management of over-limit overload phenomenon is the main research object.Firstly,combined with the current operating environment of China’s transportation industry,this paper analyzes the harm caused by highway over-limit overload phenomenon to China’s transportation and the adverse impact on the future development of China’s transportation industry.Secondly,through the in-depth analysis of the current situation of over-limit overload of Yili Highway in Xinjiang,we can find out the key factors affecting the overload and over-limit.Then,based on data analysis,a quantitative analysis model of over-limit overload transport is built to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution of over-limit overload,predict the number of over-limit overload in the target year,and define the key over-limit overload management route.Finally,based on the discussion of externality,risk decision,game theory and other ideas in the highway over-limit overload analysis,combined with the actual situation of Yili,governance status quo and the application of advanced scientific and technological means,the countermeasures and measures to further improve the governance system are proposed. |
