Research On Place Creation Of Thematic Dining Space Driven By Experience Economy

In 1970 s,Alvin Toffler,a futurist,he wrote in "The Impact Of The Future" that the total history of human economic development for thousands of years will be shown in three stages: the era of product economy,the era of service economy and the era of experience economy,and the experience economy is also known as a stage after the agricultural economy and the service economy.It has become the market dominant market in China today.In the catering industry,thematic catering is also a hot topic nowadays.In this paper,writer through the investigation in Beijing and Guangzhou,the concept and dimension of the thematic catering space under the experience economy are analyzed and discussed,and the construction method of the theme catering space is analyzed and summarized,and the suggestions for the future development of the theme catering space are put forward.In this paper,writer through the analysis of the current part of the theme catering space design and place building,the paper studies the changes in the needs of the consumer in the experience economy,writer sums up the elements and layout of thematic catering,and combs the current problems and spatial characteristics of the current domestic subject catering.In theory,this paper is more concerned with the multidimensional layout of the theme catering space and the discussion of the modern new technology from the perspective of the emotional construction of dining space and the multiple sensory experience.In this paper,the contents of the research object are expanded,the influence of thematic history and culture on the creation of dining space place are discussed,and using environmental psychology and behavioral science to carry on the theoretical analysis to the place construction and the interactive experience under the experience economy.Combined with the practical cases,the writer makes a further discussion in the era of experiencing the economy by combining the representation of the space and the experiential deduction as the entry point,combining the scale of the place,the combination form with the modern science and technique.
