With the continuous development of era,people's material life level is in constant improve,growing consumer demand gradually show the trend of diversification.Catering for food industry,who have already can't satisfy the psychological needs of consumers,digging deeper catering culture connotation has become the trend of our restaurants operating in the new trend.In such a context,highlight personality thematic restaurants is more and more get the favour of consumers.Thematic catering space can let consumer in the dining at the same time can feel thematic symbol for deeper cultural connotation of catering space,create a different kind of diet.The author think,with the further development of the era of information industry,the industry the mutual penetration between makes the society as a whole service is difficult to separate the independent existence,thematic restaurants space design has not only stay in the design category,it has become a thematic restaurants is an important part of marketing management system.So,the author try to from the perspective of marketing management,to the theme of space design do a exploratory analysis.The author through to the domestic and foreign research present situation,made a comprehensive elaboration,and based on the theory of correlation research results,the thematic restaurants and concerned concepts of marketing management are expounded.In this article,the author thematic catering space design present situation in nanjing city as the research focus,analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in current design.Nanjing big file as the theme of the more successful catering case,has certain representativeness,the author from the Angle of marketing it light,colors,materials and furnishings,and product service made a detailed analysis,and combined with field investigation,questionnaire survey method,obtained the certain research results.The author thinks that nanjing thematic catering space design to market orientation as the prerequisite,stylist is when space theme atmosphere should start from the various elements,use a variety of design techniques show space theme,innovation and performance in the topic space form,will be very good into the regional characteristic dining space design.The guiding significance of this paper to the largest through interdisciplinary,on the theory of marketing system,and with the help of relevant statistical models to nanjing thematic do deeper probe into the dining space design,the thematic catering space design for nanjing provides a new train of thought,try to explore significance attempt.
