The significant element of developing the economic society is to remain the stability of the power system,furthermore the quality of power facilities plays a crucial role in operating the power system in reliability.The flexible detection technology has been broadly applied to guarantee the quality of power equipment.Applying appropriate scheduling strategy in the flexible detection system to complete detection efficiently is the key point of improving detection efficiency as well as increasing the comprehensive benefits.Thus,it is very meaningful to research the scheduling problem in the process of power equipment detection.There are several characteristics of flexible scheduling problem in power facility detection such as process flexibility,AGVs path conflict and etc.The improved hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper.Also,the collision avoidance strategy of AGVs on complex tracks will be discussed.The main contents are as follows:(1)The combination of the performance and location for power equipment in flexible detection system is to analyze characteristics of flexible detection scheduling problem and limitations in detection process.In the process of power equipment detection,flexible job shop scheduling problem with special constraints and AGVs scheduling problems are summarized as a joint scheduling problem in order to establish mathematical model and to propose a solution framework based on the model.(2)A conflict criterion model and conflict resolution strategies are proposed to solve the conflict during the handling of AGVs.According to the layout of flexible detection system of power equipment,we can construct AGV route spatial-temporal model which is a function related to variable x(time),variable y(main track)and variable z(additional track).A conflict criterion model and conflict resolution strategies are proposed,such as collision avoidance strategies of two parallel ways for main track,constrains of setting up intermediate control points at intersections and high priority execution principle.The method mentioned above should prove its effectiveness by using simulation examples.(3)An improved hybrid genetic algorithm is used to solve flexible scheduling problem of power equipment detection.The integration of AGVs scheduling and task detection scheduling will lead to the establishment of a corresponding disjunctive graph model.This model is solved by taking advantages of two layering hierarchical method.Aiming at characteristics of process flexibility and detection position flexibility in scheduling problem,we can design the way of encoding and decoding.Moreover,double mutation operators are introduced to genetic algorithm to improve the diversity of population.The result in standard example experiments verify the effectiveness and practicability of algorithm.(4)In order to h the cooperative enterprise improve the flexible detection system of the power equipment,scheduling algorithm and collision avoidance strategy are applied to the flexible detection system.The result of scheduling realistic tasks in the power equipment detection verifies its feasibility.
