China's economic development has entered a new normal.With the implementation of “the Belt and Road” strategy,the strong oceans strategy and the strongest traffic strategy,the container throughput of major ports in China has increased year by year.In contrast,the current automation and intelligence of container terminals are not high.Moreover,the construction of China's automated container terminal is still in its infancy,which is incompatible with the huge development needs of the port in the future.Therefore,it is increasingly necessary to carry out the construction of automated container terminals.This paper comprehensively analyzes the loading and unloading processes of automated container terminals domestic and overseas.Based on the layout of the new technology of the dual-horizontal automated containers,this paper carries on a study in dual-horizontal automated container terminal modeling,combined with MAS(Multi-Agent System)modeling theory and uses Flexsim simulation software to establish Visualized 3D Simulation Model for Automated Container Terminals,combined with actual cases and conducts simulation analysis and evaluation.The main research content of this paper is as follows:1)This paper describes in detail the development status of automated container terminals domestic and overseas.It focuses on the analysis and summary of the new loading and unloading process of the dual-horizontal automated container terminal.Based on this,a Multi-Agent modeling theory method is introduced to give the main agents of the dual-horizontal automated container logistics system.Agent includes: ships,containers,dynamic units,resource execution,resource decisions,etc.Then determine the attributes and actions of each agent,and introduce the communication and collaboration between each agent,to provide the basis for the subsequent simulation modeling;2)According to the theory of discrete event systems,and based on the study of the MAS simulation framework for the dual-horizontal automated container terminal,the concept model for the construction of a dual-horizontal automated container terminal based on MAS is proposed.It mainly involves such aspects as loading and unloading at the front of the quay,horizontal transportation in the dual-horizontal,loading and unloading operations at the yard,and transportation operations at the rear.At the same time,the interaction between the dual-horizontal automated container terminal and MAS conceptual model and the structural relationship extension diagram are given;3)Using the object-oriented modeling technology method,and using Flexsim simulation software to model the dual-horizontal automated container terminal system,a complete 3D simulation model of dual-horizontal automated container terminal based on MAS has been constructed.Taking a port container terminal as an actual case analysis,we selected ship loading and unloading data for a certain period of time to perform SPSS distribution fitting processing.Then based on Visual C++ language to build simulation models,and carry out simulation experiments to verify the effectiveness of the simulation model.Based on this,change the simulation input parameters and compare different simulation schemes,and find the bottleneck of production by analyzing the simulation results.In summary,based on the analysis of the loading and unloading processes of the dual-horizontal automated container and MAS modeling theory,a three-dimensional simulation model is established with Flexsim simulation software.Through the simulation experiments,bottlenecks are identified,optimized,and evaluated.The research results of this thesis can provide important theoretical basis and scientific reference for the construction of automated container terminals.
