A complicated arresting hook is one of the most notable features of a shipboard aircraft.Its main function is to hook the aircraft carrier arresting rope after the aircraft enters the field smoothly,and transmit the drag force to the fuselage,forcing the aircraft to decelerate.Usually,when the carrier aircraft is on board,the arresting hook first collide with the deck,and it has a limited height bounce under the action of the arresting hook longitudinal damper.At the same time,when the aircraft is involved in movement,the hook head is meshed with the arresting cable suspended on the deck surface slightly.The meshing process is a process of collision and impact.In this very short time,arresting hook and deck arresting cable are subjected to huge impact load,which may cause structural damage and cause accidents.Therefore,the study of the impact dynamics of the cable is related to the safety of the ship's arresting.The hook hanging cable impact dynamics problems,based on a certain type of aircraft arresting hook as the test object,the first design of arresting cable impact test method and test device,the simulation test of carrier based aircrafts,arresting hook engaging the arresting cable real state when the collision occurs,the dynamic response of the arresting hook load data the measurement and.Then,based on the LMS Virtual.Lab Motion multi-body dynamics software,the virtual prototype test of cable impact test is established,and the elastic cable modeling module is used to establish the dynamic model of the steel cable.The rationality of the motion mechanism of the test device is verified by simulation.Then the nonlinear finite element analysis software LS-DYNA based on the finite element model is established for arresting hook hanging cable impact,simulation has been arresting dynamic stress,comparison with experimental results shows that the simulation results are reasonable,and verify the rationality of the test method and test device.Finally,a theoretical calculation and simulation study is carried out for the arresting hook's moving state of real landing.The motion of hook and impact and arresting hook is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results coincide with the theoretical results.
