Hydraulic Breaker as the application of a large number of construction machinery and equipment-excavators,a commonly used auxiliary equipment,in a variety of engineering work plays an extremely important role.In urban construction,equipped with a hydraulic hammer excavator to remove abandoned reinforced concrete and other conventional equipment is difficult to remove the obstruction has a very high efficiency;in mining operations,the hydraulic breaker with its safe and efficient advantage in the non-explosive mining and Selective excavation is becoming more and more popular.However,there are not many cases in which hydraulic fracturing hammer is used in the construction of harbor channel dredging to eliminate hard obstacles such as underwater rocks and coral reefs.The standard series of excavators with conventional hydraulic hammer,just follow the standard formula,apply the relevant technical parameters of the excavator to calculate,you can select the appropriate hydraulic breaker.However,the subject of this study is a large dredger backhoe dredging equipment-BA1100 backhoe dredger,non-standard products.Therefore,in the large-scale backhoe dredger for hydraulic breaker selection,it is necessary to carry out the relevant theoretical proof.In this paper,a large backhoe dredger on a unit of the backhoe excavator as the research object,for the backhoe excavator underwater rock load analysis and calculation,excavator boom system(including hydraulic hammer)Dimensional model and finite element model,the strength,modal and dynamic simulation of the boom system under typical operating conditions are analyzed,which provide the theoretical basis and reference for the dredging ship equipped with hydraulic breaking hammer.The main research works are as follows:(1)According to the American Petroleum Institute(API)" Specification for offshore Pedestal Mounted Crane " and GB/T3811-2008 "Crane Design Specifications",the backhoe excavator equipped with hydraulic hammers in five typical working conditions by the load Analysis is carried out to determine the load combination.The i MPact load on the boom system during the breaking operation of the hydraulic breaker was determined.(2)Based on the construction drawings of the excavator boom system,the excavator boom system model is established under the premise of appropriate simplification: the three-dimensional model of the excavator boom system(including hydraulic breaker)And rendering;using ANSYS to build the excavator boom system finite element model.(3)Using ANSYS to carry out static strength and modal analysis on rock breaking operation condition of backhoe dredger.(4)Based on the ANSYS,and MSC.ADAMS software,the virtual prototype model of the excavator boom system with hydraulic breaker is established,and the dynamics of the boom system of the excavator is analyzed.The theory and method of this paper can provide some reference value for the future research of similar projects in this field.
