Ship shafting is an important equipment to ensure the safe operation and economic operation of ships.To optimize and improve the shafting performance,the corresponding shafting test bench is required to acquire the data of the test equipment or subsystems,and the corresponding data records and presentations are made.Analyze and finally perform performance evaluation.Existing large-scale equipment monitoring systems or evaluation systems have relatively single functions,and their system versatility and software adaptability are weak.When actual requirements change,they can only be modified in the form of modified source code.To solve this problem,this paper takes a ship shaft gantry as background to research and develop a realization method of ship shaft pedestal test system software based on configuration thoughts.This method can meet users' needs in test data collection,monitoring data presentation and performance evaluation.There are three stages for customization,modification,and extensions.Through the application of configuration ideas,while improving system versatility,users' ability to adjust system functions is enhanced to meet the convenience requirements of system modifications due to service adjustments and environmental changes during use.In the process of software research and development,the C/S structure was adopted for the functional requirements of the ship's shaft bench test system software..Net was selected as the system development platform,VB.NET was used as the system development language,and SQL Server 2008 was used as the database.For the ship's shaft bench test system software based on the configuration idea,the detailed research and design are conducted from the sequence of test data collection,monitoring data presentation and equipment evaluation.For the data collection process,this paper analyzes the way the sensor collects data and the processing logic of the sensor,and it also designs the configuration process of the acquisition device.To facilitate the configuration of the information,a configuration tool is designed to realize the data acquisition with the sensor,instead of adding the sensor's corresponding logic code into it.Compared with the traditional data acquisition system,this system enhanced the software adaptability.For the monitoring data presentation process,this paper analyzes the design ideas and functions of common monitoring systems and proposes a monitoring data presentation method based on configuration ideas.Through the configuration of interface elements,interface layout,and monitoring data sources,etc.,the system automatically generates a monitoring interface,which realizes the configurability of data presentation functions and solves the immobilization problems of the traditional monitoring system interface.For the evaluation process,based on the common evaluation system and evaluation methods,this paper proposes a research method based on the configuration idea.Through the configuration of evaluation indicators and the assessment of program related information,this method achieves the configurable functions of evaluation program and evaluation index,overcoming the shortcomings of the immobilization problems with the evaluation system program and the evaluation indicators.Compared with the traditional evaluation system,the flexibility and versatility of the system are also enhanced.
