The Planning Of Xibu Ecological Forest Park In Xining

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the national disposable income and leisure time have increased obviously.Leisure tourism has become an important part of national life.More and more forest parks appear around the city.Forest parks are gradually accepted by the public and become excellent substitutes for short-distance tourism.Suburban forest park is also a kind of forest park.It is a new type park with existing forest park and city park in common.On the basis of theoretical research and field investigation,this paper makes a detailed plan for Xining Ximao Ecological Forest Park,which provides the basis for the construction of the park,and also provides reference for the planning of the surrounding forest park.The main conclusions are as follows:In this paper,the classification and distribution of forest parks in China are discussed theoretically.It is pointed out that there are various types of forest parks distributed all over the country because of its vast territory and vast territory.The functions and spatial distribution of the existing forest parks are explained.According to the different functional requirements,the park is divided scientifically and normatively by using GIS and other technologies to provide the residents with a three-dimensional leisure place that integrates ecology and health care.In providing good living conditions for residents,purifying the air,land and water sources around the city,it also provides the residents with leisure,entertainment,scientific research and education.It is pointed out that the suburban forest park,as a new type of forest park,has its own characteristics.The suburban forest park has the advantages of close neighbor city,convenient transportation and numerous tourists,which makes it become a local or surrounding city resident for fitness and leisure.The main platform for entertainment.With its unique originality and wild interest,people who are disturbed by life feel the harmony between man and nature.2.On the basis of theoretical analysis and field investigation,detailed planning of Xibu Ecological Forest Park in Xining has been carried out:(1)adhering to the principle of ecological priority,high-end guidance,urban and rural planning,and complying with relevant laws and regulations,The construction takes ecological protection as the primary task,and gives priority to the development of ecological restoration construction with forest vegetation restoration as the main task,towards the integration of urban and rural areas,harmonious symbiosis,two-way penetration of urban and ecological construction,urban and rural development as a whole.To protect and repair the natural environment,ecological environment,history and culture and local characteristics,to achieve the multi-functional layout of forest parks,infrastructure construction and sharing,transportation system green,convenient and efficient,ecological environment protection diverse.(2)the overall planning of Xining Xibu Ecological Forest Park is analyzed from the aspects of ecological security pattern,spatial structure,functional zoning,zoning construction project and scenic spot planning,environmental capacity and tourist market,forest recreation planning.The ecological sensitivity,the safety of site selection and the characteristics of cultural and landscape resources are taken as the three aspects of ecological sensitivity evaluation.Based on the above three aspects,the evaluation system of ecological security pattern of forest park is constructed.In order to construct the ecological security pattern,the ecological protection construction should be strengthened,the characteristic industry should be added,and the relationship between the forest park and the Xining urban agglomeration should be close,and the ecological security pattern of Xining should be built up.Based on the analysis of ecological pattern,the space development of forest park is scientifically and rationally planned,and the spatial structure of "one mind,one corridor,one belt and three districts" is formed.The structure of points,lines and surfaces is helpful for the communication and cooperation among the various plates,the overall management,the scientific and reasonable ecological restoration,and the promotion of agricultural facilities in the subzone.The functional areas include forest recreation areas,agricultural development canals,landscape sightseeing areas and ecological restoration areas.And according to the different landscape in different districts,combined with local cultural construction targeted projects and scenic spots.Make full use of the existing forest resources in this area,integrate the original point resources,construct the urban forest construction area,leisure recreation area,modern agricultural industry demonstration area;The use of the original cultural conditions in the park to build rural areas,in the promotion of agriculture,but also played the purpose of urban feeding rural areas;The combination of folk culture display and villagers’ production and life will enable tourists to have a more comprehensive understanding of folklore at the same time of tourism consumption.The ecological restoration can alleviate the current soil and water problems,repair the damage of the mountain,and make use of the local species to improve the canopy density,increase the vegetation coverage under the forest,and restore the forest community.The results of this paper can be used for reference and guidance to other suburban forest park planning.
