Along with the diversification and dynamic development of market demand,manufacturing production mode from a large batch and single type production mode gradually transformed into the production mode of small batch and multi variety.The change of production mode makes the original enterprise production planning and control system is faced with many difficulties.How to carry out production planning and control effectively,in the field of production and operation,has become a hot topic in the field of production.This paper selects a typical multi variety and small batch enterprise —H company.Research on H company's existing production planning and control system,based on collecting and sorting data analysis and improvement.This paper first discusses the background,purpose and significance of research methods of production planning and control of the company.The related theories of production planning and control system are described in detail,including JIT and TOC production planning and control system,MRPII production planning and control system,and the advantages and disadvantages of each system.Then,it introduces the layout of the production line,the classification of the main products and the organizational structure of the company as well as the technological process of production,and a detailed description of the status of the company,including the company's original production plan and control the status quo,demand status,main production plan and control status,material requirements planning and control situation,implement the workshop plan and control situation,find out the existing the problem on the basis of investigation on the current situation,the cause analysis method to find problems,Kanban management and DBR tool enterprise original production planning and control of the status quo of TOC theory and JIT system based on the original MRP production planning and control system of the enterprise,the new scheme is compared,using the method of quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis of the specific steps,plan and implementation are given after improvement,and representatives of the enterprises are case study to verify the feasibility of the implementation of the new program.
