Since the last decade of 20th century, the diversification of customers' demands has been rapidly expanding, and most enterprises have to be up against a dynamic market. The new market features bring challenges to mass production mode suiting for stable and uniform market. Many enterprises have to change their production mode to small-batch or Mass Customization (MC) production. For the new production modes, all enterprises have to face 3 questions: how to design products that meet customers' requirements quickly enough; how to manufacture these products with low cost and short cycle; how to deal with frequent change of customers' order and decrease the losing. Aiming at these questions, this paper researches the topic of production schedule in the case of dynamic demands.In the first chapter, the paper analyses the problems in the Mass Production mode that brought by the dynamic market demands. Then the topic background and the shortage of relative researches will be stated. Finally, entire content and the significance of this dissertation are brought forward.In the second chapter, classical production schedule theory will be stated and its shortage in dynamic market environment will be analyzed. Then, the paper will bring forward a Bi-directional Production Schedule mode, and relative techniques will be also put forward or introduced.In the third chapter, the basic theory of Master Production Schedule (MPS) will be stated firstly. Then the basic theory and function requirements of assembly MPS in Bi-directional Production Schedule mode will be construed, and a instance will be given,In the forth chapter, the basic theory and function requirements of Product-assemble-schedule in Bi-directional Production Schedule mode will be construed, and the strategy of schedule alteration will be discussed.In the fifth chapter, Material Requirement Planning (MRP) based on separative BOM is brought forward, and its recursion algorithm is given.In the sixth chapter, mainly discuss the realization technology of Bi-directional Production Schedule, system framework, key modules and so on.In the last chapter, summarize the research result of Bi-directional Production Schedule, and state the author prospect of the research in future. |
