China has rapidly economic development,promoting urbanization and motorization continue to advance,the current traffic congestion is becoming increasingly evident,urban road supply and demands are increasingly serious.In many urban public transport modes,buses are regarded as an important way to solve activity-based travel demand of citizens because of their large capacity,cheap price,wide coverage and low cost.So as to ensure that buses at the intersections priority to reduce buses at the intersection of the delay time is the primary purpose of public transport priorities,in line with the interests of the broad masses of people,in order to effectively alleviate urban traffic congestion and promote land intensive use of public transport priority concept has been recognized by our society.The development of intelligent public transport system has been improved its service level to alleviate the enormous pressure of urban traffic congestion that it is of great significance.In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzed the short-term traffic flow forecasting method briefly,and found out that the traffic signal was not only a kind of traffic flow,but also could not solve the problem of traffic congestion.In order to achieve online prediction,it was difficult to find a simple prediction method to improve its real-time.To solve this problem,a BP neural network algorithm based on particle swarm optimization(PSNN)was proposed for short-term traffic flow prediction.The simulation results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and can ensure the real-time and accuracy of the data used in signal control.In order to realize the priority of public traffic signals,a fuzzy control model of public traffic signal priority sequence based on traffic flow fusion was designed in this paper,aiming at the characteristics of mixed traffic flow in China,and taking the four-phase single intersection as the research object.Through analysis of traffic capacity of public transportation and social vehicles in urban roads,the relationship between public transportation and social vehicles was established with MATLAB to achieve the integration effect of road vehicles.On the basis of this,the paper gave the signal priority module,the fusion module and the total priority module by giving the priority value of buses and the social vehicle,and adopted the method of total weight value,namely traffic flow fusion and total priority value control.The Control system was inputted to reflect the priority control of the bus signal to the car were delayed as performance indicators by comparing the total priority to consider the control of the sequence and not consider the total priority of the variable sequence control sequence delay data.The results show that consider the superiority of this method is proved by the fact that the priority of bus signal is less than the delay of bus.
