India "Act East Policy" Impact On China's Energy Security And Countermeasures

Energy security is closely related to the national economic development,energy supply is stable or not affects the development of domestic economy,so energy security is also an important part of national security.Because the mineral energy resources in the uneven distribution of geographical space,the replacement of traditional energy and new energy technology industry also difficult to support the national economic development,energy problem is more associated with international politics,and energy security research is play an important role in safeguarding state security and influence.In the perspective of international,national energy security and the connection between the regional powers of foreign policy often not obvious,but it is more threatening,therefore,to explore how to take a more effective means of maintaining national security and safeguard national development has positive practical significance.The purpose of this article is to through the comprehensive analysis of China's energy security situation,combing India east to policy development and evolution,and its achievements,India from the macroscopic Angle analysis to the influence on China's energy security,clarify China's future energy security will face the challenges and threats,and the expansion of the energy sources in China,foreign relations and build effective deterrent capability countermeasures are put forward.Through the analysis of the situation and the development on the macro level,this paper argues that India's influence eastward expansion will be dominant influence on China's energy security and potential threats.Dominant effect is mainly reflected in increased instability in the south China sea complex situation,excluding China maintain transportation safety power input,etc.,and the potential threat is in the south China sea and the Indian Ocean region strategic containment alliance with America and Japan to China,to blockade China's path of development,at the same time,it will be made in direct confrontation with China region and even the possibility of a military conflict.On this basis,the article thinks,to effectively maintain energy security and expand the channels of energy imports,deepen the surrounding areas,to speed up the pace of construction of military and foreign policy,take active power and build effective strategic deterrence is a effective way,in the five aspects of the way,on the basis of military strength to build effective strategic deterrent is in a strategic advantage to ensure energy security,the basic logic based on this,foreign relations,and expand the energy pathways is practical and feasible method.
