Represented by Germany “Industry 4.0” and “Industrial Internet” of the United States, theoretical research and engineering applications of intelligent manufacturing(IM)have aroused public concern all over the world.Radar electronic equipment is an important part of the “New-generation information technology” in the “Made in China 2025”.Radar electronic equipment is a kind of multi-type,low-volume product, with various configurations, frequent design changes, complex manufacturing processes and high quality requirements. This leads to low scale production capacity, poor quality stability and low overall efficiency. Therefore,it has great value in engineering application to accelerate the deep integration of information technology and manufacturing technology and explore effective ways of IM for radar products. With the objective of vehicle radar assembly line, this thesis carries out the design and development of prototype system based on internet of manufacturing things(IOMT)for radar electronic equipment. The major work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Analysis and design of prototype system based on IOMT for radar electronic equipment. This thesis studies the basic concepts and principles of IOT and builds technical architectures of IOMT covering the three levels of workshop, enterprise and market.Considering radar electronic equipment with multiple varieties, small batches, complex manufacturing processes and so on,workshop-level prototype system based on IOMT is designed. The system consists of three modules: data acquisition system, lean management software and three-dimensional(3D)monitoring system for virtual workshop.(2)Research and design of data acquisition system. The data types, sensing methods, transmission methods and heterogeneous network fusion technologies for the manufacturing are studied.Data acquisition system for vehicle radar assembly line is designed and the implementation processes of the equipment information collection are analyzed in detail. The dedicated heterogeneous network gateway of the assembly line is designed. At last, data real-time sensing and transmission for vehicle radar assembly line are realized.(3)Design and development of lean management software.Analyzing the business processes and functional requirements for vehicle radar assembly line, the application architectures and functional modules of lean management software are designed combining the positioning and goals of the software.Based on business analysis and system design, the lean management software is developed by using Eclipses. The lean management software contains basic data management, plan management, material management,work-in-process management, product management, equipment management, report management and so on.(4)Research and development of 3D monitoring system for virtual workshop.Studying virtual monitoring technology,a realization method of 3D monitoring system for virtual workshop is proposed.Based on research on the realization methods and key technologies of virtual monitoring,3D monitoring system for vehicle radar assembly line is designed and developed. The real-time synchronization of actual production and virtual monitoring is realized, and the feasibility of 3D monitoring system for virtual workshop proposed in this thesis is verified. The thesis completes the design of prototype system based on IOMT for radar electronic equipment, and accomplishes the design and development of the data acquisition subsystem, lean management software and 3D monitoring system for virtual workshop. The system has the functions of real-time sensing and transmission of production data, lean management of production process, virtual monitoring of production information. It makes beneficial practice and exploration for IM of radar electronic equipment.
