With the continuous progress of industrial automation in modern society,The intelligence of flexible manufacturing system is also improving,There are more kinds of equipment in the system,For example,sensors,programmable controllers(PLC),industrial robots,etc.At the same time,the communication standards and data standards of these devices are increasingly rich.They not only greatly improve the production efficiency,but also reduce the economic expenditure on personnel.At the same time,there are many problems.The communication protocols of different manufacturers’ brands or different models of equipment are different.In order to achieve the collection,monitoring and management of data information of these equipment,flexible manufacturing systems need to spend a lot of investment on compatibility,which seriously hinders the information construction.On this basis,this dissertation will take OPC UA(OLE for Process Control Unified Architecture)as the core technology,and use this technology to integrate address space,cross-platform and strong data transmission security to achieve data collection,monitoring and management of flexible manufacturing systems.This paper proposes to build a server platform and a client server(C/S)communication architecture based on OPC UA standard specification to solve the problems of communication difficulties between different devices in the flexible manufacturing system and the difficulty of unifying communication methods.First,build the server platform according to the needs of the system,then use the industrial software KEPServerEX to build the OPC UA server in the server platform,and then configure the corresponding equipment in the flexible manufacturing system through the drive channel type,port number,IP address,link label,node tag attribute and other information,complete the data collection of the working equipment and realize the data interaction between the equipment,At the same time,configure the server terminal information to establish a unified OPC UA communication interface for the client.Secondly,this paper uses C # programming language to develop the OPC UA client on the.NET platform,designs the communication module,server connection module,address space storage and reading module,data acquisition management module,database function area and data visualization processing module,and realizes the access to the server and the visual reading,monitoring,modification and storage of the collected data.Finally,this paper uses VUP simulation software to simulate the flexible manufacturing system and verify the feasibility of OPC UA client functionality.First,the model established by SolidWorks is imported according to the automatic calculation of the scale factor,and then the robot Robot Studio software is used to design the robot’s motion trajectory,I/O signals and action instructions,so as to realize the synchronous simulation of the robot in the processing unit.Secondly,in the action library of VUP software,according to the function of the actual flexible manufacturing system,call the action to set the system model,use the real controller outside the software,and write the program in the real controller to control the operation of the virtual flexible manufacturing system.Finally,the OPC UA client is used to test and verify in the simulation system to prove that the client meets the target requirements.
