| Auto parts manufacturing companies,as the basis for the development of the automotive industry,play a pivotal role in the industrial environment.In the face of more and more challenges and difficulties in the market,companies must improve and maintain their core competition through the continuous introduction of new products.force.However,there are many uncertainties in the process of managing new product development projects and face various problems.Establishing a scientific risk management mechanism for new product development projects to identify,evaluate,and control project risks will help the project achieve its stated goals.Therefore,exploring and studying the methods of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control in auto parts projects is of great significance to improving the development level of auto parts in China.This article through the research of project risk management theory,firstly analyzes the status of E company’s project risk management,secondly identifies the risk of new transmission development project of company E,builds a specific 3/4 EV project index system,and conducts qualitative analysis.And use the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate the weight of risk factors,quantify the risk factors of the entire project,and finally carry out risk control analysis for the risk factors of the new gearbox new product development project of E company,and put forward the risk control strategies and recommendations. |
