Research On Risk Management Of S Building Construction Project

Construction project is a project of high risk and high investment,high return,requires a lot of upfront capital investment,production cycle is long,difficult to achieve in the short term capital liquidation,and influenced by political,economic and other macroeconomic factors.Only in front of the construction project investment,strengthen the project risk management,to evaluate the risk of possible and judgement,can impact on risk and scope control,reduce the risk of construction project rates.In this paper,the perspective of real estate investors to the real estate investment risk more in-depth analysis,drawing on the successful experience of developed countries,the situation of our country to the risk of the domestic real estate market,the existence of control problems described and explored more in line with China's real estate project risk management methods and measures.First,comb on construction project risk at home and abroad related theories and successful experience;Second,carries on the specific project risk identification:S building construction engineering,for example,from the project decision-making stage,before the implementation stage,implementation stage in risk identification,risk analysis of the construction of the project in different phases are as well as the causes of risk;Third,carries on the risk assessment:through the expert investigation method of S in the building construction project risk to carry on the assignment,and RBF neural network is adopted to improve the overall risk assessment and grading,and sensitivity analysis for various risk factors;Finally,to control risk:the risk coefficient of the highest factor analysis,and targeted puts forward feasible risk prevention and control measures,hope to strengthen construction project development projects,especially office projects risk management ability,reduce the risk of loss,to provide reference for our country office building project investment.
