Research On Product Manufacturing Process Management Based On Teamcenter

With the acceleration of domestic enterprise informationization,more and more enterprises apply PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)system to enterprises to manage the whole life cycle of products,but most of them are only used to manage the data produced by product design,such as product two-dimensional data,three-dimensional data and related documents.Process design of product and the management of process data are not included in the PLM.The process department can hardly directly use the design drawings or 3D models.On the one hand,the safety requirements of enterprise data are not allowed to directly use the design data to prevent leakage.On the other hand,the design department and the process department are subordinate to two different branches,which are independent of each other.Business contacts are limited to the issue of BOM tables.Over time,both the design department and the process department run independently and do not interfere with each other.The number of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises is even less,which leads to the long-term separation of design and process.According to the status quo of the process technology of a heavy equipment manufacturing enterprise,according to the enterprise management requirements and business specifications and combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper firstly studies the product manufacturing process management scheme based on Teamcenter,including the process design and management based on Teamcenter and the process change management based on Teamcenter.Secondly,the function of the process system based on Teamcenter is developed,including the realization of electronic drawing checking in the process design,the conversion from EBOM to PBOM,the automatic generation of process cards,BOM sheet processing,and the centralized filling in of process routes.Finally,the 3D model of 1.5MW wind turbine gearbox simplified under the integrated environment of NX and Teamcenter is applied to the manufacturing process management of Teamcenter.Through in-depth study on the manufacturing process management of Teamcenter,the enterprise process design process and process data management are standardized,the integrated management of design data and process data in heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises is realized,the efficiency of process design is improved,and the marketing time of enterprise products is shortened.
