In order to adapt to the rapid development of economic construction and the rapid increase of energy and resource demand,petroleum refining planning and construction of a large number of petroleum refining projects,but also to provide a good opportunity for the development of China Petrochemical Design Institute.However,in 2015,the domestic energy and resources supply "excess capacity" problem,oil refining enterprises are also facing the "de-production capacity" status,a large number of projects to be built at a standstill or have been cancelled.DJ design institute,as a small and medium-sized petrochemical design institute,has been affected by the low design market and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry.The enterprise benefit has declined.The design projects it undertakes have also changed from large-scale device design to small and medium-sized design projects such as environmental protection and energy conservation.There is a problem of low efficiency and delay in the design of small and medium-sized projects in DJ Design Institute.Therefore,it is very important for DJ Design Institute to study the schedule management of automobile loading and unloading yard project to enhance its competitiveness in the small and medium-sized project design market and take effective measures to adapt to market changes.This paper takes the project schedule management of the automobile loading and unloading yard of DJ Design Institute as the research object,studies and designs a set of schedule management system for small and medium-sized projects.The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first part is introduction.This paper mainly elaborates the research background and significance of the paper,reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,puts forward the research ideas and methods of the paper;the second part,the analysis of the current situation of vehicle loading and unloading project schedule management.Introduced the enterprise and project background,project design content,project management process;the third part,the author analyzes the problems and the specific causes of the project schedule management in the automobile loading and unloading yard,and believes that the main existing(1)schedule plan lacks detailed work decomposition and flexibility;(2)The extensive working method and understanding deviation of the designer;(3)Parallel management and block project management methods and lack of dynamic project management;The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures.For the purpose of optimizing project schedule management,measures such as(1)using reasonable work decomposition standardization method and time estimation method(2)standardization of design content and modular management method(3)improving the dynamic management efficiency of project groups are proposed.And put forward the proposal of program implementation and guarantee;The fifth part,conclusions.The characteristics and innovation of the thesis are mainly manifested in the following two aspects:First,based on the work flow and characteristics of the small and medium-sized projects of DJ design Institute,the paper analyzes the status quo of the project progress management in the vehicle loading and unloading yard,and analyzes the reasons for the problems in the progress management in the use of fish bone map.Secondly,combining with the project content of DJ Design Institute,this paper puts forward the WBS work structure division method and three time estimation algorithms.Standardization and modular management of design content;Improve the dynamic management efficiency and flexibility of the project group,and the corresponding technical talent protection strategy,so as to improve the efficiency of DJ Design Institute's automotive loading and unloading project progress management.
