| In project management,cost management,quality management and schedule management is one of the three major objectives of project management,the project is also decided the key factor of success.But the progress of the project management application in small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China,the application of project management methods and tools also exist some problems,and how to improve the level of enterprise project management,many enterprises need to solve the problem.This paper reviews the progress of the project management of the domestic and foreign literature,the concept of dynamic progress management of the project are described,methods of project scheduling are summarized,the influence factors of the progress of the project are summarized.The formation of Qingjian Lake District F analysis project schedule control theory.Then,the paper summarizes the development of Qingjian Lake F zone project,including project organization structure,staffing,the characteristics of the project,describes the plan of the project,work decomposition structure,the duration of the project is estimated,draw project network plan,the preparation of the project schedule.Then,this paper use the earned value method of Qingjian Lake F zone project progress dynamic control.By checking the progress of different time points,the results of the inspection data earned value analysis,found that the project from forty-fifth days to start a slight delay.Finally,this paper analyzes the influence factors of Qingjian Lake area F project,and gives the countermeasures,including the organization guarantee measures,economic measures,construction machinery and material safeguard measures,safety management measures,the overall coordination of the project progress and other security measures.This paper constructs a set of practical,systematic project schedule and control flow for Suzhou Industrial Park Weiting town real estate development company,for in the future similar project schedule management needs of the project has important reference value. |
