Research Based On The Six Sigma Methods To Improve The Parts Of Suppliers' Quality Of GH Company

Sales of Chinese automobiles can compare favorably with American automobiles.However,various kinds of after-sales problems spring up one after another due to the increase of car ownership.Furthermore,domestic auto consumers have begun to gradually enter into the phase of vehicle upgrading.The deepening understanding of automotive products encourages more rational choice of automobiles and higher requirements,which proposes higher demands for the quality of finished automobiles.Quality management philosophies and methods of Chinese autonomous vehicle enterprises and matched external processing parts lag far behind the needs of development of domestic automobile industry.Experiences of joint venture brands should be drawn,and a set of effective quality control method should be formed,combining the national conditions of China.GH Motor Corporation,a world-famous automobile company among numerous joint-stock automobile enterprises,boasts its own unique quality management method and philosophy.Based on the author's experience and taking the promotion of a new model project in GH Motor Corporation,this paper creatively makes matrix classifications of automobile parts on the basis of the original management method of GH Motor Corporation,so as to ensure that new model project can timely come into the market with mass production.This paper combines Six Sigma,QC Methods,statistical tools and Minitab Analysis Software to quickly address the existing problems in the project,greatly optimizing the control process of external machining parts quality and achieving the effects of saving cost and improving quality.The method is universally applicable and with strong maneuverability.Domestic main engine plants or components suppliers of national brand can completely or directly refer to methods and processes proposed in this paper to improve quality control.
