Supplier Quality System Analysis On Company X

With the development of social economy and the people's income level being improved and the pursuit for a better life,automobile has gradually become an indispensable means of transportation,and the automobile industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.As the upstream industry of the whole vehicle industry,the auto parts industry is also facing more and more pressure.The development cycle of new vehicle models is getting shorter and shorter,the requirements for new products and technologies are getting higher and higher,and the cost of purchasing auto parts is getting lower and lower.Therefore,auto parts manufacturers are facing more and more competitive pressure.A complete vehicle is composed of tens of thousands of parts,more than 70%of which are provided by suppliers.The quality of the complete vehicle largely depends on the quality of parts of supporting enterprises.To a large extent,whether a country's auto industry is strong or not depends on whether its parts industry is strong or not from the perspective of the development of the automobile industry.Compared with foreign auto parts enterprises,domestic auto parts enterprises still have a big gap in supplier quality management and r&d technology.Based on the domestic automobile parts manufacturing enterprise supplier quality management of X company actual situation and compared with foreign advanced auto parts enterprise,this paper aims to find out the deficiencies of X company in daily management,and help it conclude a set of practical and efficient supplier quality management process,system and evaluation standards,so as to provide some references and suggestions for improving the quality management level of suppliers in the auto parts industry.
