The smoothly logistical of Shipyard not only makes the shipbuilding materials reach in time and accuracy,but also concerns the cycle of shipbuilding,orderly production,cost control and normative management.Traditional shipbuilding mode just focus on the management of storage,but pay less attention to the materials dispatch.With the widely application of modern shipbuilding mode,the construction of ships are more fast and the requirement of materials are speed up clearly.The traditional shipbuilding mode can't meet the need of modern shipbuilding.The paper through learning and utilizing advanced systematic expenses management methods and theories,Japanese Toyota JIT procurement method,supply chain management theories,advanced domestic and international management experiences and models in shipbuilding enterprises,combining with the company's current situation,to promote the application of "Purchase Information Management System";also through analyzing and researching the current process of material purchase,stock,and delivery,specifying and breaking down the material pallet disposition steps and reorganizing the management and operation of the Company,to optimize the purchase management processes gradually.Moreover,delivering the management concept of “supply chain” and “quick delivery” management method to the lower level suppliers,strengthening the nearest purchase way,shortening the procurement cycle,achieving complete sets standardization,establishing a stable relationship among the supply chain,and using social resources and the third party resources,to reduce inventory and invalid labor work to occupy the room of S company.According to coordinate with S company to establish and promote their “Materials Information Management System”,review the functions and operation mode of materials distribution center of S Purchase Department,increase the computer and network hardware investment and staff skill training,use of auxiliary function of material information management system,optimize materials procurement,warehousing and distribution management of S company,adjust managers and organizations of materials distribution center in Purchase Department,strengthen the materials storage management,remake a number of pallets distribution operation route,to increase the materials distribution capacity in shipbuilding.Through the associated interface of “material information management system” and “shipbuilding production management system”,it has enhanced the information exchange rate with the construction sector and shipbuilding management department,realized the function of stock checking,material pallet advanced booking or shortage feedback through the material information management in the construction sector,thereby changing the way of materials management mode in the construction sector and shipbuilding management department,improving the planning accuracy of material pallet distribution requirements,increasing the materials turnover speed and enhancing the management connection among different department,to provide the possibility for realizing the next step function that distribution center to sent the material to the working site,to accelerate the realization of S company in modern shipbuilding work and improve the pallet complete rate and the modular ratio to promote ship outfitting of fine management and production.Through optimizing shipbuilding outfitting period management processes,improving management efficiency and reducing invalid labor expenses,it has laid an important foundation for S company procurement expenses control and materials supply management.
