Equipment fault diagnosis is a technology that monitors the current operating state of the equipment based on various information generated during the operation of the equipment and predicts the future operational status of the equipment.After years of development,oil monitoring technology has become an important means of equipment fault diagnosis.Oil monitoring can not only improve the service life of the oil,extend the oil change period of the equipment,improve economic efficiency,but also can be used to judge the current operating conditions of the equipment,predict potential failures,and prevent problems before they occur.Water transportation plays an important role in China's international trade transportation.The ship's mechanical failure ranks first in the proportion of beach accidents.Oil monitoring technology plays the role of equipment lubrication management.Therefore,it is of great significance to apply oil monitoring technology in ship machinery maintenance.The paper applies oil analysis technology to the fault diagnosis of marine machinery and equipment,discusses the trend of lubrication and wear performance parameters of marine diesel engine,marine gearbox and marine hydraulic system.Studied the decay law of oil products and according to the detection of oil quality to judge the wear state of the equipment.The research results show that the marine diesel engine oil,gear oil and hydraulic oil all develop in the direction of oil quality deterioration during use.Mainly due to changes in oil viscosity,oil contamination,equipment wear and other factors have an impact on oil performance.There is a problem with the waterproof sealing of the marine reduction gearbox and the wear of the gearbox is relatively serious.It is recommended to carry out structural transformation of the gearbox.There is a problem with the pollution control situation of the marine winch machine.It is recommended to carry out structural transformation of the winch machine.When the lubricating oil deteriorates due to changes in viscosity,contamination,equipment wear,etc.,if appropriate measures can be taken to improve it and the safety and stability of the equipment can be guaranteed,the oil can continue to be used after being treated,extending the life of the oil.If the mechanical equipment determines that it is necessary to change the oil,it is necessary to understand the root cause of the oil change,to avoid such problems from happening again,and to solve the problem from the root source,in order to achieve the correct oil change.Studied the hierarchical clustering of SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions).For the first time,the cluster analysis method is applied to the fault diagnosis of oil monitoring.Classify the wear performance indicators of marine equipment to make the classification more reasonable and judge the wear state of the friction pair of the equipment.The research results show that the cluster analysis of spectral elements of marine diesel engine oil,marine gear oil,marine hydraulic oil and the results of clustering reflect to the similarity of the wear properties of metal elements classified into one class.According to the results of clustering and the source of metal elements,it is speculated that there may be abnormal wear or fault friction pairs in marine diesel engine,marine gearbox,marine cable machine to achieve predictive maintenance and improve equipment service life.
