Research On Mechanical Fault Diagnosis Of The Ship And Prevention Countermeasure Of Chimbusco Qingdao

The paper is mainly studying on the fault diagnosis of marine machinery and prevention countermeasure of Chimbusco, Qingdao. According to the current situation of Qingdao company and 8 typical marine machinery faults, some feasible prevention countermeasures have been summarized which can be applied to the administration for the company.This paper firstly analyzed the current situation of ship machinery management in Chimbusco,Qingdao. Some introduction about 9 ships, as well as the management concepts for seafarer, main engine, auxiliary machinery on board are given. Then analyzed the current situation about ship repair intervals, projects, heave to repair sailor repairs. Lastly, the cooperation relationship between Chimbusco and 3 shipyards are also analyzed. Based on the current situation, list 8 typical mechanical faults happened in the past of the ships as well as the processing, reasons and rectification measures of the faults. According to analysis by synthesis, it is necessary to correctly operate and maintain equipments, strict checks in repairing, preventive maintenance, localization, and the correct management concepts. Especially emphasize on improving the technical quality of the operator and the ability of administration management for choosing people. This paper gives some preventive countermeasures according to demands in fault analysis, so it has some realistic value in application.
