Power distribution operation and emergency maintenance personnel often need to rush repair and restore electricity to the switch tripping caused by low voltage line fault.The tripping in most faults is only due to short-term overload of load or short-time grounding fault,which can be successfully transmitted in one time,but there are also a few permanent faults with hidden fault points.A strong short-circuit arc will be produced when the low-voltage switch is tried out,which will result in a great potential safety hazard for the power transmission personnel.At present,most of them rely on the cotton overalls of operators and temporary judgment of operators to deal with the risk,and the development of insulation requirements,convenient operation of the auxiliary operation handle can reduce the operation risk.This paper mainly studies and analyzes this problem from the following aspects.Firstly,the origin and background of the development project of the operating handle are summarized,and the research status and development of the low-voltage auxiliary safety devices at home and abroad are queried.Then,we analyze the common occurrence of arc when the low-voltage switch short circuit fault,and qualitatively analyze the harm caused by arc.Then,the actual operation and maintenance data and situation statistics of Zen City Power supply Bureau,the location of the research and development project of this handle,are analyzed in detail.Through the introduction of the South China Power Grid operating risk theory,the existing low-voltage switch operation risk assessment,find out the crux of the risk,find out the existing operating conditions and countermeasures.After evaluating the best scheme for developing a new type of low-voltage auxiliary operation handle to solve this risk,we set the technical standards to be reached for the handle.Then,we have carried on the subsection design to the auxiliary operation handle's nip,the connection way and the pole body,and unifies the factory,carries on the analysis to the product how to achieve the qualified mechanical and electrical insulation standard.At the same time,the CAD drawing and 3D printing verification scheme are carried out successfully for each step.Finally,through the sample template obtained after the preliminary design,it is verified on the spot and tested in practice,and it is applied to the actual production preliminarily,on the basis of obtaining part of the experience in use.Compile the management and storage regulations and operation instructions of the equipment,so that it can be popularized and applied in Foshan Bureau and Guangdong Power Grid on a large scale.
