| Currently,China has become an auto consumption market with the No.1 sales volume of new autos,the most all-rounded auto categories and the fiercest competitions.Faced with a dazzling array of auto products,the customers have all-rounded and picky requirements on the interior deco designs,thus bringing about enormous challenges to the designing personnel.How to satisfy the customers’ demands as fully as possible,elevate the design levels and enhance the product quality have become a crucial element for the products’ becoming outstanding.In order to gain a better competitive advantage,enterprises must conduct constant product innovations.Therefore,it is inevitable that enterprises need to seek new technologies for product development,explore a kind of design method that can effectively grasp the customers’ appeals,solve problems in a creative way and make excellent schemes.,Kansei engineering is a kind of systematic method which aims to gain the customers’ perceptual demands and conduct quantitative analyses.By pinpointing the in-depth universal appeal among the customers’ superficial descriptions and transforming them into the elements of product designs,it establishes a communication bridge between the perceptual elements and the design elements,thus providing the designers with effective design goals.Quality Function Deployment(QFD)is a systematic method that closely associates the customers’ demands with the products’ quality and characteristics.It uses the matrix technique to interlink the techniques with the customers’ demands and conducts transformations,thus displaying the customers’ needs one by one and turn their reflections into the features of the product quality;next,it verifies the degree of importance of quality and strengthen the products’ quality based on this so as to reach the goal of satisfying the customers’ final demands and elevate the customer satisfaction.There exists a related negative and positive link between the various quality characteristics,and while a single quality feature is consolidated,it also affects other quality features.Faced with irreconcilable contradictions,it is necessary to adopt a kind of innovative solution.TRIZ is a systematic method for problem-solving,and its theoretical source stems from the combination of experience knowledge and statistics theories.With the theories of QFD and TRIZ as the core and in combination with the theories of Kansei engineering,this Thesis constructs a design model of QFD-TRIZ for product innovations.Through Kansei engineering,it is possible to obtain the customers’ demands;then,through the HOQ of QFD,it conducts an analysis degrees of importance f the customers’ demands and the features of the quality,and finally it determines the design key points.In addition,the technique of HOQ can be applied in the research of the correlation between the quality features so as to find out the conflict points among them.The use of TRIZ can be used for conducting conflict analyses of the quality features as well as the conflict determinations of the quality features,the construction of the conflict matrix and the solution of the final contradictions.The models of QFD-TRIZ provide the numerous designers with a new route and new mentality for constantly discovering problems and solving problems.By using the design model of QFD-TRIZ for product innovations during the development process of the auto’s auxiliary dashboards,this Thesis obtains the customers’ demands and analyzes and determines the key technical characteristics and the mind maps for the solutions of contradictions and conflicts,and finally manifests an actual case. |
