With the rapid economic growth,customer demand for electricity shows a trend of blowout,the reliability of power use is also increasingly concerned.As an important index to measure the reliability of power consumption,the management of power failure has become an important topic of current power consumption management.As an important part of distribution service,power cut management can improve the reliability of power supply and the quality of distribution service.Customers demand for electricity is changing from "using electricity" to "using electricity well".Under this situation,power supply enterprises must strengthen customer power cut management,constantly improve the reliability of power supply,improve the quality of power supply service,reduce power cut,coordinate power cut management,and as far as possible meet the needs of customers.Based on the demand of power management in Dongguan Power Supply Bureau,this paper adopts the blackout management method driven by large data,establishes scientific key index of blackout time,establishes responsibility system of blackout time index,establishes monitoring platform of whole blackout process of customers,and thus forms a number-based blackout management system.According to the analysis system of the customer power failure event,we can effectively manage the customer outage.Through the above methods,this paper focuses on solving the customer blackout index,blackout responsibility,blackout management system and other problems,and the actual situation of electricity management needs to be improved.For example,in terms of customer blackout indicators,blackout time statistics are not standardized,indicators statistics are not scientific enough,not enough consideration.In the blackout responsibility management of power grid enterprises,customer blackout responsibility has not been effectively transferred to infrastructure,production and other departments,departments lack communication and coordination,lack of understanding of the importance of customer blackout management,one-sided view that power supply reliability depends entirely on the level of grid grid and equipment operation level,ignoring customers.The demand for power supply and the transmission mechanism of various blackouts have not been effectively implemented.In the management of blackout system,the reasons of blackout are imperfect,and the actual blackout and restart time is not obtained in time.In the blackout management process,the description of blackout events can not be precise and clear,and excessive reliance on manual data records,but also lead to the blackout information input lag and arbitrary,can not achieve timely access to blackout information and timely handling of blackout business,so that the current blackout management work has obvious delays.The work of this paper is conducive to the marketing department to carry out customer blackout management work,to achieve customer blackout indicators,customer demand services and blackout information effectively landing.In addition,the design and development of customer blackout monitoring platform is conducive to customer power information collection and analysis,to ensure the effective operation of efficient customer service work,to improve service management level to provide a guarantee.
