Iron shell motors are widely used in the motor industry.Manual assembly has problems such as unstable assembly quality,low assembly efficiency,and high labor intensity.Enterprises urgently need to change the traditional assembly process of iron-shell motors.For this reason,this paper combines the actual needs of enterprises,analyzes and studies the key technical problems of automatic assembly of iron shell motor,and designs an automatic assembly line of iron shell motor.The main tasks are as follows:(1)The concept scheme of automatic assembly line of iron shell motor is designed.Firstly,according to the requirement of automatic assembly of iron-shell motor and its traditional assembly process,the automatic assembly process route of iron-shell motor is formulated;secondly,the process route is subdivided and the rhythm of assembly line is designed and optimized;on this basis,the logistics simulation of assembly line is carried out,and the optimized rhythm is demonstrated.Finally,the overall layout of the automatic assembly line of iron-shell motor is determined by using the up-down pipeline layout method,considering the cost of assembly line,the layout of plant and the coordination of assembly system.(2)The key workstation of automatic assembly line of iron shell motor is designed.Firstly,the structural design of the stator automatic assembly workstation is carried out,aiming at sloving the problem of the base skewing during the pressing process,a structure scheme of the base pressing stator is designed,which effectively improves the reliability of the pressing process.Then,the structure design of the back cover automatic assembly workstation is carried out,considering the self-assembly problem comprehensively.On the premise of the design rhythm of the moving assembly line and the requirement of the enterprise,the stacking number of the end caps and the interval feeding time in the silo of the back cap storage mechanism are designed.Finally,the structure design of the automatic assembly workstation of the rotor is carried out.On the premise of meeting the movement quantity of the rotor and bearing components,the ball screw of the transfer manipulator iscarried out.Parameter design and selection.On this basis,a three-dimensional model of the automatic assembly line of the iron shell motor is finally established.(3)The reliability analysis of the design scheme of automatic assembly line for iron-shell motor is carried out by using FMECA method.Based on the analysis,an improved design scheme is proposed,which effectively improves the reliability of the automatic assembly system.In this paper,the upper and lower basic layout design is adopted,which greatly reduces the overall cost of the system on the premise of satisfying the automatic assembly of iron shell motor.The automatic assembly line also has a higher reference value for the assembly of other types of motors.
