China's construction industry is still continuing the traditional extensive production mode,its low degree of mechanization,waste of resources,the destruction of the environment,the impact on the life of the surrounding residents.And prefabricated building energy conservation,environmental protection,labor costs are relatively low,fast construction progress and construction quality is high,so the national assembly has been promoted to build production mode,in order to make up for the deficiencies existing in the traditional cast-in-situ construction method.However,because in the construction of assembly,of construction technology can't fully understand,site operating workers and the component quality is not guaranteed,the precision to a certain extent,become the obstacle of prefabricated construction development.So this thesis use BIM technology,system prefabricated building construction schedule for in-depth study to make prefabricated building in practical engineering in the future to create greater economic and social benefits.In the arrangement of the content,this thesis firstly analyzes the research situation,research,summarizes the domestic and foreign prefabricated construction schedule management,BIM technology,principal component analysis,points out the current status of the progress of prefabricated construction management,as well as many existing problems.This leads to the research ideas and methods of this thesis;then this thesis expounds and the writing related theory,including related theories of prefabricated buildings,BIM technology,principal component analysis theory;then the analysis of the current situation of construction management of assembly type and existing problems,find the root of the problem,and the use of principal component analysis on influencing factors of prefabricated construction schedule are analyzed,come up with the most important influencing factors,and then propose the use of BIM against these factors.And then propose the use of BIM technology for progress management,and analyzes its adaptability and advantages.Then constructs the construction schedule management method based on BIM,gives specific ideas and steps,solves problems that need to be faced in the construction process,and realizes schedule adjustments,to guide the component production and guide the on-site construction.Finally,based on the former theoretical analysis,taking the No.6 Building of the East Country Project of Wuhan Country Garden as an example,comparison and analysis of the present and application effect of comprehensive prefabricated construction schedule management based on BIM technology,and gives application suggestions to provide ideas for further research.This thesis applies BIM technology to control the progress of assembly building,and puts forward the application framework of assembly building schedule management method based on BIM technology.A cloud-based BIM management mode was proposed to adjust the schedule and guide the production of prefabricated components and the on-site construction of lifting equipment,so as to achieve assembly-type construction schedule management,accelerate the progress of prefabricated construction,and create greater value.
