Evaluation Of Environmental Benefits Of Green Residential Quarters Based On Incremental Cost-effectiveness

With the increasingly prominent problem of environmental pollution,green buildings come into people's sights with the label of “environmental benefits” with low consumption and low pollution.However,the technical cost of green construction is relatively high,and the environmental benefits generated by it should be considered in comparison with the input costs and benefits;and there is no perfect theoretical system for the evaluation of environmental benefits.This article takes the green residential community in the green building as the research object,and studies its environmental benefit evaluation from the perspective of incremental cost-effectiveness.First of all,this paper analyzes the development history,development status and existing problems of China's green residential buildings at the present stage.Second,based on the “Green Building Evaluation Standards”(GB/T50378-2014),this paper builds green from the perspective of incremental cost-effectiveness.The index system of the environmental benefits evaluation of residential quarters,and then combined with the "principal component analysis-entropy method-gray correlation analysis" to establish a combined evaluation model of environmental benefits of green residential quarters;Finally,this paper takes the Shenzhen M-cell as an example.Analyze the incremental cost-effectiveness of various green technologies based on the analysis of the green technologies such as energy-saving,water-saving,material-saving,and land-saving technologies used in the M-zone,and evaluate the environmental benefits by using a combination of quantitative assessment methods to verify this article.The scientific benefits and applicability of the environmental benefits and the quantitative evaluation methods of the constructed green residential quarters.The research of this paper can provide reference for the improvement of environmental benefit evaluation system and method of green residential quarters,and provide theoretical reference for the promotion of green building evaluation standards.
