The technology of In-Situ leaching of Uranium mining is to take the Solution containing uranium from underground to ground by pump and transfer to lixivium factory pass through pipe, the Solution containing uranium has been deal with after adsorption etc technology, that's tail liquid is discharged into the pool of allocation fluid. The tail liquid is product into new leaching agent with addition some sulfate and peroxide, then it is filling into Seam of wine by pipe.Majority of the In-Situ leaching of Uranium mining and locus of control are scattering, and the topography of wine area are complicated, and also the severe production environment. Automatic Monitoring System have application in the Uranium mine of In-Situ leaching can reduce of fabricating cost and intensity of labor and increase in productivity ,they ca be reached a consensus. with the Automatic Monitoring System have application in course of production In-Situ leaching of Uranium mining ,we pinpoint the problems, for example: the flow of injection well and pressure,the level of all the ponds,lixiviation and Lixivium PH & Eh, they have strong Nonlinear according the complicated course of production, and also the influencing factor are always changing, it brings several problems according the flow of injection well,the range of solution,the deployment of Leaching agent,increase of production,control the cost of production.We need to achieve that how to mining efficiently for improving the Economic Efficiency and coefficient of recovery of mining。The technology of In-Situ leaching of Uranium mining requests that the process of mixing the Solution and infuse the Solution, and need to control strict, so that be mining efficiently. Because the course of production is so complicated, the technological parameter has business with several factors, and also they were changing, so that is difficult to establish external characteristic with analytic method. Adopting the traditional control policy, for example, Routine Control PID, that is difficult to adapt the nonlinear that because of the changeable of productivity, it can not overcome the perturbation, and to ensure the Performance. On the other side, after ensure the Parameters of the controller, it cannot be changed next. The control policy of digital control PID and Logic. Because of the deviation and it`s changes, to improve the adaptive capacity, so to make better the performance.The in-situ leaching of uranium automatic monitoring system uses two heterogeneous network structures: the Siemens SIMATIC NET Industrial Ethernet,Profinet and Profibus Fieldbus Network. The host computer uses IPC PC677 and Siemens S7-300PLC as the craft segment (collecting liquid pool system,setting pool system, water smelting system, pumping stations and the compressed air system)to control sub-station. Using the WINCC configuration software to monitor interface, the parameter fuzzy self-tuning PID uses PLC programming language to control algorithm. The sub-stations of PLC and the host computer adopt industrial Ethernet to communicate with each other. PLC sub-stations and field devices through Profinet, Profibus Fieldbus Network and I / O modules to collect, control and transmit data.In the Matlab platform, we simulate the proposed control strategy. The simulation results shows that compared with the conventional PID control algorithm, the parameter fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm has better tracking performance and stronger anti-disturbance ability. After having been debugged,the system has been operated in 737 mines of Xinjiang. The results show that the control system performances stably and fully meet the needs of the production process. The monitoring system has developed friendly interface, complete functions, high reliability and easy operation. Thereby it can reduce the labor intensity and improve the economic benefits of the mine.
