Besides the material flow,information flow and cash flow are critical to the success of the supply chain,moreover the supplier resource is an important property of organization and it may impact a lot on the supply chain management effectiveness.Under the circumstance of supply and purchasing,to select the compatible supplier for business cooperation and manage it via rational methodology,which are meaningful to the supply chain development.In terms of the good coordination through whole supply network operation,the important pre-condition is to make well adaptable supplier management principle basing on the enterprise’s development goal and management needs.This article take M company as study objective,which focus on the practical problem existing in supplier management of M company.As a high-tech company serving new energy product solution,M company’s supplier chain strategy turn out to be off-shore outsourcing mode which more reply on China marketing and supplier resource.To improve M company’s supplier management performance and integrate the global supplier resource in a scientific methodology which is significant to M company’s success of global wide market competition.Considering the M company’s purchasing condition,in order to realize precise supplier management purpose and purchasing performance,using the Karaljic matrix of supplier classification theory,taking goods importance and cost/Value two dimensions for the new classification mode,and work out the management countermeasure for each supplier category.Furthermore,we discuss the new supplier selection and evaluation system setup and application.In order to achieve good coordination and build up stable long-term relationship with supplier,this article design a new KPI ranking standard,basing on working out suitable incentive solution for the approved supplier.In order to consolidate the supplier management system of M company,secure the effectiveness,we discuss the possible solution related with company’s organization management optimization,management information system utilization,supplier relationship management.This article combine the supplier management theory and practice,provide a feasible solution for M company’s supplier management improvement,also well match with current company development expectation,which can be a practical guideline for present supplier management job.
