In recent years,with the promotion of subsidy policies of governments at all levels and continuous progress of product technology,China's urban public transport system actively promotes the large-scale application of new energy buses.At present,pure electric buses have become the main model of public transport operation system.With the large-scale application of urban electric buses,many public transport enterprises find that the technical difficulty of fault diagnosis and maintenance of pure electric buses is higher than that of fuel vehicles,and there are many unexpected faults,which lead to the "breakdown" of vehicles on the way to operation,and even serious safety problems.Because the pure electric bus adopts the more complex five level CAN bus technology,and the whole vehicle control especially relies on the CAN bus,so the research on a device that can be used to transmit the CAN message through the remote communication mode,and the backstage personnel can monitor the vehicle operation status and diagnose the fault by analyzing the message,which will greatly improve the operation safety and operation efficiency of the electric bus.In view of this,this paper puts forward a technical scheme of transmitting CAN message of electric bus through 4G mobile network to realize remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of vehicle status,designs hardware configuration scheme,studies CAN message analysis method,develops data transmission device based on 4G mobile network and realizes communication with the whole vehicle,uses background data analysis and fault diagnosis software,and finally in pure electric bus.Install and test validation on.Firstly,the hardware platform of wireless data transmission is built to transmit the CAN message of the whole vehicle.The 4g-dtu module widely used in the Internet of things is used.The IOT card in the module is used and the data is sent out through the mobile 4G network.The data is received and submitted to the CAN message analysis software by the point-to-point method through the cloud server.Secondly,it analyzes the CAN message protocol of the whole vehicle,converts the hexadecimal data into the content described in words and compiles it into a database file,and then uses CAN analysis software to analyze all the message data and provide it to the background monitoring personnel,judges the current status,operation data and fault code of the vehicle according to the analysis results,and monitors the important safety of the vehicle in real time.Components to ensure the operation safety of pure electric buses.Finally,aiming at several typical electric bus fault cases and collecting and analyzing driving data,the application method of the developed remote monitoring device is explained.Through the analysis and analysis of relevant messages,the scope of maintenance is gradually reduced,and finally the fault causes are found out and eliminated.The use of the device can also improve the safety of maintenance and reduce the rate of missed inspection.Finally,the device is used to collect real vehicle driving.Operate the relevant data,analyze the driver's operation behavior,help the driver improve the unreasonable driving habits and quickly master the driving skills of pure electric bus,and reduce the operation energy consumption of electric bus.
