In recent years,with the development of China's manned space,the plan to build the orbiting space station is put forward.The resources of the space station are recycled,especially the air and water which is closely related to the astronaut life.The water cycle equipment which operation is stable,reliable and efficient directly affect the astronaut's normal life.So we need to develop a liquid dispensing system which can provide the mixed solution steadily,in order to test the water cycle equipment performance.In this paper,a proportioning device which have specific control software is designed by the Lab VIEW software platform.This device can solve the problems--complicated operation,low precision and efficiency--which exists in the industrial production devices.The primary researches in this study included:(1)Computer measurement and control technology and virtual instrument technology based on the labVIEW in the application of solution preparation technology is researched.(2)System hardware structure is designed with modularization and the detailed design is expounded.System hardware structure is divided into different functional blocks,solution preparation,monitoring and automatic control.(3)After the system hardware structure is built,special program is designed base on Lab VIEW software platform which can communicate with hardware to accomplish the functions of data acquisition,data processing,data display,control output,animation and etc.(4)Friendly man-machine interface is designed for landing,parameter setting,controlling and dynamic display.(5)The hardware and software of solution preparation system are optimized in order to enhance the reliability and stability.The results showed that the system was simple and had reliable function and high sensitivity.
