With the rapid development of science and technology and economy,domestic and foreign net water treatment technology has been relatively mature,but also appeared a lot of new water purification technology,can be seen from the actual development,is still the use of the traditional "coagulation-precipitation-filtration-disinfection" process.However,while the development of water purification technology,the speed of urban construction and the rapid improvement of people's living standards,so that both urban and township,the water demand is increasing rapidly.As a result,the increasing water demand in a city has forced the city to build a 17,500-ton automated water purification plant to increase water purification efficiency,improve the quality of water supply,and meet the urban economic development and people's daily life needs for water.Therefore,starting from the actual demand for automation in the 17,500 ton water purification plant,this paper analyzes the specific requirements of the water treatment process for the monitoring system,designs the overall scheme of the monitoring system composed of the upper computer system,PLC system,instrument detection system,etc.,and introduces the hardware design,software system design,Network system design and upper unit State system design.The hardware design mainly includes:Flocculation Precipitation Workshop control station,filtration and Backwash workshop control station,chlorination plus inter-drug control station.The network design part introduces how to realize the communication and network scheme between each control station through the network system.The software design part mainly introduces the chlorination control program,flocculation precipitation control program,filtration and Backwash control program,aiming at the innovation of the Engineering technology optimization problem of constant level control and liquid level alarm procedure in the water purification process,puts forward the control idea of setting up the "Back Difference belt" in order to realize the optimal control.Finally,the configuration and design of the main human-machine interfaces of the monitoring system are introduced,and the advantages of stable,reliable,safe and efficient monitoring system are verified by analyzing the debugging and running results of the monitoring system.
