Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Parking Management System For Urban

In recent years,the number of motor vehicles in major cities is continuously increasing because of the improvement in income and living standards.However the number of existing parking lots can not meet the demand of the most citizens of the city.Many people place their cars on the side of roads for convenient,so these violations lead to traffic-clogged.Parking inside driveway is a new way of parking in large and medium-sized city and it does not affect the automobile traffic.Parking inside driveway is not only convenient for construction,but also it can alleviate the pressure of parking in residential area.This new way of parking has been approved in many cities.This paper has done lots of requirement analysis.In this paper,a simple and feasible intelligent parking management system has been realized,based on B/S architecture.The emphasis of this paper is on database development and server-side processing.The system has completed the following functions:user management,device management,garage management,law-enforcing management and charge management.The system uses the JAVAEE technology and the Hibernate framework to realize the parking management system.These frameworks can shorten the time of development and make the function of system more strongly.The system also uses AJAX technology to simulate real road environment and makes a good experience for users,which is an innovation of this paper.The system has been tested many times and it runs very stable.It meets the basic requirement of the system functionality.
