With the advent of the information age and the penetration of the integration of global economy,great changes have taken place in the business environment.Supply chain management plays an increasingly important role in enterprise management.Now the product life cycles are getting shorter,the supply chain management could not only reduce costs,reduce waste and improve efficiency and flexibility so that to improve enterprise capability in the face of the diversified customer needs.But to supply chain play its role,rely on the core enterprise alone is not enough,enterprises need to work together with the upstream and downstream supply chain node enterprises,using their own advantages,with the integration operation to achieve the maximize benefit.At present manufacturing industry of our country are being attacked by the internal and external economic status,who in the crucial stage of transformation and upgrading.They need to improve the industrial added value and management level.The research case of this papger,RMT American company,who is in the consumer goods industry which is the most intense competition industry.After a hundred years of development,it gradually focuses on research and development,brand management and supply chain management enterprise to enhance the added value,but outsource non-core businesses,such as manufacturing and logistics.The management of supply chain node enterprises is realized through the supply chain integration model.The successful experience of the manufacturing enterprises in our country has reference significance.Through the globalization of logistics operations to achieve efficient and economical mode of transport is also worth the study of logistics enterprises in China.Based on supply chain management theory,using case study method,this paper firstly introduces the background of supply chain integration model of RMT company.Secondly,the present situation of supply chain is described from the aspects of supplier,supply and demand management.Then,it introduces the integrated operation mode of products flow,information flow,capital flow and knowledge flow between the parties in the supply chain around a core enterprise.At last,it summarizes the successful experience and hopes to provide reference for the development of manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises in China at the present stage.The main conclusions of this paper are: first,Chinese enterprises,especially manufacturing industry need to pay more attention to the supply chain management;Second,enterprises need toformulate the corresponding supply chain management strategy and mode,but to take what kind of supply chain strategy or mode,determined by the characteristics of the enterprise's own situation;Third,pay attention to the core technology of the development of enterprises to promote enterprise added value.The fourth,the manufacturers and logistics enterprises in our country need to strengthen the construction of information and technology,enhance the professional level and service level.The fifth,companies should actively develop partnership with suppliers.
